Karen Mattingly joins us as an Account Manager at our in-house brokerage, Riverside. Karen spent the last eight years at the Gavigan Agency in North Carolina as an Agent. In her role, Karen managed and grew her book of commercial accounts, supported marketing activities via social media and in-person events, built important partner relationships, and exceeded her goals year over year. Prior to entering the fascinating world of insurance, Karen was a paralegal.
