Lisa Kozlowski will join the Millers Senior Leadership team in the new role of Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience effective Tuesday, April 3, 2018. In her role, Lisa will be focused on leading the Millers customer experience by providing input on marketing and strategic decisions affecting the Company. Further she will position the Millers’ Brand by owning the definition and standards we use to define Millers Relationship and our view of the ideal customer experience.
Lisa has over 15 years’ experience in the industry most recently at Westfield Insurance as Research and Insight Leader where she worked on Brand initiatives, implemented a Customer Research platform and led the Customer Data Strategy including determining how to identify, match and track customer policy information and behaviors.
