Bo Brent received a recent promotion to Associate Property Adjuster. Bo began his career at Millers Mutual in 2015, greeting visitors, managing phone inquiries, and assisting with other tasks as needed until he quickly moved into the Claims Department at the end of that year. Some of you may know Bo from handling claim inquiries, as he is our Claims Customer Service Representative. While Bo will still handle some CSR duties at Millers, he will be training with Shawn Wright, our Field Property Manager, to become a Property Adjuster.
